What does the pilot cost?
Nothing. It’s a free pilot for December 2026 design partners. Design partners who continue get 50% off for their first 2 years. Pricing after the pilot is shared with pilot partners, and you decide at the end whether to continue.
Do you write anything to Salesforce?
No. Every connection is read-only, and TellStay never writes back to your CRM.
Is AI used on our data?
Not during the pilot unless our AI provider has confirmed zero data retention in writing and your admin turns it on.
What if we don’t use Salesforce?
You can start with a CSV export of your accounts.
What happens to our data at the end?
We delete it on request or at the end of the pilot and confirm in writing.
Do you have SOC 2?
No. TellStay does not hold a SOC 2 report today. Our security page lists what is in place and what TellStay does not hold.
